what you guys don’t get, is that my posts weren’t even anti ellusionist. I merely stated some other good tricks. I learned something from my Theater teacher which was, when someone is making a constructive criticism of you, DON’T TALK BACK TO THEM or try to explain yourself. If you do you just look like a jerk. do you see people talking back to Simon Cowell when he attacks their performance? We just wanted to state our mind and we did. There was no need to fight back. You guys need to find a life and a job.

btw they really deleted my comment twice. I wouldn’t lie.

Do you really think that’s the average intelligence of a Ellusionist customer? Not able to google the name of a trick to find it’s creator?
What the f*** is the point of a top 10 list if you already know about all the tricks on it?

Youtube. Really? Anyone over the age of say 12 should have learned that *youtube* isn’t really the best place to look for credibility or dignity in moderation or commenting.
If Ellusionist was to pretend that people who disagreed with them didn’t exist by deleting their comments, it would make it a bad site.

However, as my previous comment is still there, I suspect it may have just been some mod with a heavy delete finger.

Also, could you try capitalizing your posts? It’s not all that hard, I don’t see any reason not to unless you’re trying to look like some youtube commenter.

hmm i don’t think they have the need to delete this post. and yes they are all ellusionist products in the list, but what the hell does that matter? you have got to remember that this site is selling products, and if they make a list of the 10 easiest tricks that you can learn from their site, i don’t know why they should put in stuff you cant learn here. also, if it wasn’t stuff from here, many people wouldn’t understand what they’re talking about. also, does deleting anti-ellusionist comments make them a bad site? if you post a video on youtube you made, for whatever reason, and people are talking bad about it, you will delete those comments too. i have seen plenty of videos where people dont do the thing they want to do correctly, and then after a while they just disable comments on the video.

I heard from a friend they’ve been deleting comments from here they didn’t like, it got deleted twice. Sure, it’s your blog, you can do what you want but it will have an effect on your credibility.

I have to say, I *like* a lot of E’s stuff, and have bought various tricks and been happy with them, but deleting posts like that that sound slightly “anti-ellusionist” makes me question wether I want to buy from here. I usually recommend E to new magicians, along with a few other sites, but I really don’t know anymore. I’m not going to give up on E because of one deleted post (x2), but it’s made me think about it.

Yes it does occur to me this post will probably be removed as well, I just hope that whatever moderator deletes it reads it before doing so.

Truthfully, that’s really, really low.
