Motive for Carrot Top’s Mindfreak mocking revealed

A lot has been made of this report, which mentions that comedian Carrot Top has been satirizing “Believe,” Criss Angel’s much-maligned collaboration with the Cirque du Soleil. Why would Mr. Top do such a thing? This shocking video provides the motive: Revenge. Carrot Top got punk’d by the Mindfreak:

In all seriousness, the comedian has been featured at least three times in the series, as noted by iTricks. Though we haven’t been to his show (or Believe, for that matter), we’re inclined to believe that it’s good-natured ribbing at best, tough love at worst. Besides, Angel had it comin’. It’s not like Carrot Top is The Amazing Jonathan. (If you haven’t seen the Mindfreak episode with The Amazing Jonathan, you won’t get that joke.)
