Midnight Static offers new podcast: ‘Backstage’

Jason.Michael is a proud member of the Eastern time zone. That means it’s about an hour past midnight. Here, in Central-time-zone-land, it’s exactly midnight! Or, at least it will be once I tweak the publish time on this post. Eh, that doesn’t matter. Midnight Static sticks around way before and way after the animal hour.

Jason has released a new Midnight Static series. Called “Backstage,” these podcasts will be him responding to things he reads on the Ellusionist forums and more. The first episode deals with kids magic and his experiences with it. If you’ve ever thought about performing magic for kids, please listen to this first.

In case you didn’t know, Jason is a performing magician in Michigan and has been a member of the Ellusionist forums since near the beginning, in 2001. He’s been a moderator since 2006. Dude knows his stuff. All I’m sayin’.

We’re looking forward to more episodes, and hope you enjoy this one. And if you have never heard one of his Midnight Static podcasts, the most recent one is this interview with Caine Horr, a.k.a. Soulgrind.
