Magicians always prepare: Ellusionist staff meets, plans new projects

January 24th, 2012 | Joe Hadsall | Filed Under General

The Ellusionist crew is in the midst of plan meetings for the upcoming months and years. We are meeting in Brad’s Northern California home and taking tours around the San Francisco area. The moments have included:

  • ~ Scratching our heads about why Pier 39 is virtually closed before 9 p.m.
  • ~ Wondering why people would make out in front of sea lions. (Says Pete: “Is that really a romantic sound?”)
  • ~ Learning to throw cards (and plucking them out of Brad’s light fixtures. Heck of a shot).
  • ~ Watching an abso-frickin-beautiful card at any number routine that Eric Jones developed. Seriously. Stunning. (And it ain’t even magic, he’d tell ya.)
  • ~ Enjoyed bacon sundaes. Yes. Bacon sundaes.
  • ~ Watched Jake chug a glass of pickle brine. He won’t need sodium again until September.

Despite the fun and crazy creativity, a lot of work and planning is getting done. As much as we’d love to fire a list of bullets, filled with all the incredible stuff coming up, we don’t want to drop any hints quite yet. We’ll just say that 2012 and 2013 are going to be pretty epic.

If you’re not a Facebook fan of ours yet, change that now. We’re posting pics like crazy.

  1. haha there are a bunch of playing cards stuck in the light fixtures above the cubicals surrounding my cubical… wonder how they got there hmmmm

Eric Jones + any effect= awesome.
Eric is so smooth, he’s one of the biggest inspirations in magic for me

  4. I sbetmlud upon this blog looking for opinions on the Magic Bullet System . Only this morning someone commented on one of my videos that they felt Something wasn’t right about me claiming I was making the money I make!We are dealing with an ever increasing skeptical community, as we weave our path amongst all the scammers and get rich quick merchants. It is simply harder to be heard and as Corporate America moves in on the internet, we are going to have to be even smarter to make money. Please leave individuals like Jason alone. He is telling how he feels, unlike Walmart, McDonald’s, Big Pharma, and countless other corporate giants who lie through their teeth and are left alone!Just my opinion. Good on you Jason.

obviously like your web site but you need to take a look at the spelling on quite a few of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling problems and I find it very bothersome to inform the reality then again I will surely come back again.
