Clark headed to Haiti for earthquake recoveryMagician and mentalist James L. Clark is bound for Haiti, where he will help with earthquake rescue and recovery. And he could use your help.

Clark is uniquely qualified: He spent 19 years in the U.S. Army and is trained to handle medic and police operations. He did similar work in New Orleans, La. during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. He is bound for the Dominican Republic (the only place with nearby-enough, working airports), then will travel by road to Haiti for about four hours — the earthquake

Clark talks more about his trip on his Facebook page. Though he leaves today, he is still asking for donations to help as many of the living that he can. Donations can be made via Paypal, just follow the instructions on this page.

  2. I had just heard about this yesterday and found out it was a magnitude 7.0 earthquake. So awful to hear about all the lives lost, I’ll be making a donation to try and help anyway that I can.
