We’ll be honest: This story isn’t a very exciting one.
Yeah, it’s about a magician, but the story is that he draws families to Connecticut restaurants. We’re sure that Bryan Lizotte has a much more exciting story than, “Yeah, I do magic at restaurants. Families come to see me.” That’s not a slam on Lizotte, that’s a slam on the reporter for the (Bridgeport) Connecticut Post.
We were far more intrigued by the report’s mention of this website.
It’s run by Lizotte and it includes a mention of all known magic performances at restaurants throughout the state. Listings are free and include a range of restaurant performers, from face painters to balloon twisters. Diners seeking a magical meal can easily find one, and magicians get a little bit more networking. Seems like a win-win to us.
