So, you know that magic buddy of yours, the one who says, “I don’t use custom playing cards, because they aren’t mainstream.” That guy? And you say, “Uh, bro, have you seen the playing card section at BigBoxSuperMegaPlace? They have a ton of different varieties!” Then he’s all, “No, man, everyone uses red and blue Bicycles for card games. That’s what everyone thinks is normal.” Then you call him a closed-minded idiot? You know that guy?
Now you can tell him, “Then explain why they used Ghosts on a major prime-time TV show, homeslice!” And you can show him these pics:
We flipped out to see the ladies of Wisteria Lane using Ghost playing cards for their game in last Sunday’s episode of The episode, named “Truly Content,” features a guy getting stoned, a woman putting a dress on backwards, Bree stressing out because her husband can’t figure out how to do Daryl’s Hot Shot Cut and … um, we really have no idea. Our wives and girlfriends know a lot more about the story of what was going on with that poker game.
But this is definitely the coolest use of playing cards on ABC ever since Jack kicked Sawyer’s tail with those bitchin’ Dharma cards.
