Luis, yes, you can download it on any PC. As long as you run Windows Media Player to be able to play the file. The DVD should also be out in about 2 weeks.
Fallen indeed can be run on a Vista computer, It runs fine on my Vista Ultimate. You have two choices, run it as a .WMV file or download the troublemaker program and install it there. TO be safe I did both. It runs fine in troublemaker with the added advantage of chapter selection.
