Choregraphed Card Magic - Shawn Farquhar

February 8, 2008

I ran across this video last year and recently stumbled upon it again this morning. It’s an awesome Ambitious Card routine by Shawn Farquhar choreographed to music. It’s really more than an Ambitious Card, but that is at the heart of the routine. If you remember a couple of months ago I posted a music video for Dashboard Confessional which is in a similar vein. Shawn does this as part of his regular act and this clip is taken from one of his live shows.

It definitely shows how the ambitious card has so many applications keeping the sky the limit.

Wow. I was like this is a simble ACR when he was doing his cuts and then he comes up with the spades, the clubs, and all that stuff.

Wow this video is really inspiring. Magic is art and this video really shows that. I love how he used the music and tied in his magic. This is one of the greatest things I have seen. I like how everything tied together so well. I would really like to see more videos like this one. Thank you for putting it up.
