90s blog heralds David Copperfield

Out of all the podcast interviews I’ve done, it’s rare to hear a magician not bring up David Copperfield’s name when discussing their influences. But Copperfield has many fans across the world, and — believe it or not – not all of them are magicians.

One of the authors of the Vintage ’90s blog rediscovered online several episodes of “The Magic of David Copperfield,” and fell in love all over again. This post from the blog highlights the top five reasons Copperfield was, and is, awesome. And it’s hard to argue with the list.

    Dave has that. I hope you watched the video above, because not only has he got a great stage presence, but he has SKILLS. He gets a lot of respect from magicians.
